The property manager has been really easily to work with and is quick to resolve any issues we may have. Maintenance orders are taken seriously and promptly addressed. The only complaint I have is that snow removal isn't always done in a timely manner and patches of ice get left on the walkways.

My son and i have lived here for almost a year. My kitchen overhead light hasn't ever worked. There are two other lights so no biggy. It's an old building and my place hasn't been updated so things get old and need to be replaced but the maintenance guys are great. So, other than raising the rent during the tough economic times with the virus, things are okay. My favorite staff....Amanda ðð she's been awsome since the day I met her.
